Frank J. Kokoszka, Senior Partner of Kokoszka & Janczur, P.C., practices primarily in the fields of bankruptcy/creditors' rights and commercial litigation. He appears regularly before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Circuit Court of Cook County. John L. Janczur, Managing Partner of Kokoszka & Janczur, P.C., practices primarily in the fields of real estate transactions and real estate litigation and Title Insurance Law. Mr. Janczur gained extensive experience in all areas of Real Estate Law while being employed by Greater Illinois Title Company, an agent of Chicago Title & Trust Company. Mr. Janczur has presented seminars on "How to Examine" for the Illinois Land Title Association and the Illinois Association of Mortgage Brokers. In addition, Mr. Janczur has testified 'in the Circuit Court of Cook County as an expert witness on title insurance. Mr. Janczur continues to represent parties in Real Estate, Title Insurance matters and Commercial Litigation.
